1. Stall Allotment & Exhibition Terms
Exhibition stalls, directory listings, and sponsorship slots are confirmed upon issuance of formal allotment letters and receipt of agreed booking deposits. Stall setup must strictly take place during designated setup hours on 1 October 2026 at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai.
2. Code of Conduct & Safety Protocols
Exhibitors and visitors must abide by Nehru Centre venue safety regulations, fire safety norms, and professional conduct. Overcrowding of stalls or unauthorized sound systems are strictly prohibited.
3. Cancellation & Force Majeure
Cancellations are governed by the formal allotment agreement terms. In the event of unforeseen natural events or administrative directives beyond organizer control, rescheduling policies will apply per event guidelines.
4. Volunteer & Partner Guidelines
Volunteer engagements are honorary leadership roles offering event management exposure and official certificates of contribution upon successful completion.
